Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software. The Journal of Earth and Marine Technology (JEMT) applies a general similarity threshold of 20%; however, editorial decisions are not based solely on similarity percentage. The editorial team evaluates the context, source, distribution, and nature of similarities to determine whether ethical concerns exist.
