Perancangan Personalisasi Pembelajaran Pada Learning Management System Melalui Gamifikasi Non-Kompetitif

Abstract

Personalisasi mahasiswa dalam penggunaan Learning Management System (LMS) di perguruan tinggi masih tergolong renda. Sementara, pendekatan gamifikasi yang umum diterapkan justru berbasis kompetisi. Pada akhirnya menimbulkan tekanan sosial dengan motivasi yang tidak bertahan lama. Penelitian ini mengembangkan LMS berbasis web dengan pendekatan gamifikasi non-competitive yang didasari Self-Determination Theory (SDT) untuk mendukung personalisasi aktivitas belajar mahasiswa. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan model Prototype dengan delapan modul utama, yaitu autentikasi pengguna, navigasi pembelajaran, aktivitas pembelajaran, sistem gamifikasi, daily quest, progress pembelajaran, guild, dan manajemen konten. Pengujian fungsional menggunakan metode Black-Box Testing terhadap 48 test case. Menghasilkan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 95,83%, dengan dua test case terkait pesan validasi login dan tampilan status assignment yang belum memenuhi output yang diharapkan. Pengujian usability berdasarkan persepsi responden terhadap personalisasi pembelajaran menghasilkan rata-rata skor 4,60 (Sangat Tinggi). Sedangkan, pengujian persepsi berbasis SDT menghasilkan rata-rata skor 4,33 (Sangat Tinggi) dengan rincian Autonomy 4,67, Relatedness 4,33, dan Competence 4,00. Hasil deskriptif ini mengindikasikan bahwa, dari sudut pandang mahasiswa yang berpartisipasi, LMS dengan gamifikasi non-competitive dipersepsikan mendukung personalisasi aktivitas akademik dan menyentuh ketiga kebutuhan psikologis dasar SDT. Dengan evaluasi yang menggunakan survei cross-sectional tunggal terhadap responden yang dipilih secara purposive tanpa kelompok pembanding maupun uji statistik inferensia. Maka,, temuan ini perlu dibaca sebagai indikasi awal, bukan bukti pengaruh kausal yang final.
