Model Konsolidasi Konfigurasi Tapak Permukiman Berdasarkan Nilai Integrasi dan Konektivitas Spasial di Kelurahan Oesapa

Penelitian ini mengkaji konfigurasi spasial permukiman di Kelurahan Oesapa, Kota Kupang, yang tumbuh secara organik dan mengalami permasalahan rendahnya nilai konektivitas, integrasi, dan kejelasan tata ruang. Dengan pendekatan metode campuran, yaitu simulasi sintaks ruang menggunakan DepthmapX dan observasi aktivitas sosial masyarakat, penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara struktur spasial dan dinamika kehidupan urban. Tiga alternatif desain tapak dikembangkan dan dievaluasi. Model ketiga menunjukkan kinerja terbaik dengan peningkatan konektivitas dari 2,30 menjadi 4,02, integrasi dari 0,288 menjadi 0,470, penurunan kedalaman rata-rata dari 14,74 menjadi 10,80, dan peningkatan intelligibility dari 0,369 menjadi 0,620. Hasil ini menunjukkan lingkungan yang lebih efisien, mudah diakses, dan mendukung interaksi sosial. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya perancangan spasial dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup di kawasan permukiman padat.
