Author Guideline

1. Title and Authors

  • The title must contain a maximum of 15 words, using Times New Roman, 14 pt.
  • Author names must use Times New Roman, 11 pt, bold.
  • Include author affiliations and email addresses. Mark the corresponding author with an asterisk (*).

2. Abstract and Keywords

  • Provide abstracts in both English and Indonesian.
  • Each abstract must contain 100–250 words in a single paragraph.
  • Use Times New Roman, 10 pt, with a 1 cm indentation on both sides.
  • The English abstract must be italicized.
  • Provide a maximum of five keywords in alphabetical order.

3. Manuscript Format

  • Use A4 paper, Times New Roman, 11 pt, single-spaced, and a single-column layout.
  • Set margins to 3 cm (top, bottom, and inside) and 2 cm (outside).
  • Indent the first line of each paragraph by 1.27 cm.
  • The manuscript must be 6–10 pages, including references, tables, and figures.

4. Manuscript Structure

The manuscript should consist of:

  1. Introduction
  2. Method
  3. Results and Discussion
  4. Conclusion
  5. Acknowledgments (optional)
  6. References

5. Figures and Tables

  • Number figures and tables consecutively and cite them in the text.
  • Place figure captions below figures and table captions above tables.
  • Use Times New Roman, 10 pt, bold for captions.
  • Use 9 pt font inside tables and avoid vertical borders.
  • Ensure all figures and illustrations are clear and readable.

6. Equations and Program Code

  • Align equations to the left and place equation numbers on the right.
  • Prepare equations using an equation editor.
  • Present program code in a box using Courier New, 9 pt.

7. Citations and References

  • Follow the IEEE referencing style.
  • Number citations according to their order of appearance, using square brackets, for example, [1], [2], [3].
  • Use reference management software such as Mendeley or Zotero.
  • Ensure every cited source appears in the reference list and vice versa.

8. Language and Writing Quality

  • Check grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure.
  • Italicize foreign terms where appropriate.
  • Ensure consistency in terminology, symbols, and units.

9. Final Checklist for Authors

Before submitting the manuscript, authors must ensure that:

  • The title contains no more than 15 words.
  • Author names, affiliations, and email addresses are complete and accurate.
  • Both English and Indonesian abstracts are included, each containing 100–250 words.
  • Each abstract includes a maximum of five keywords listed in alphabetical order.
  • The manuscript follows the required format, structure, and page limit (6–10 pages).
  • All figures and tables are clearly presented, numbered consecutively, and cited in the text.
  • Equations and program code follow the required formatting guidelines.
  • All citations and references follow the IEEE style.
  • Every in-text citation corresponds to an entry in the reference list, and vice versa.
  • Grammar, spelling, punctuation, and italicization of foreign terms have been checked.
  • The manuscript complies with the official journal template (link).
