Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

 

Author Guidelines

Authors intending to submit a manuscript to JREEC (Journal of Renewable Energy, Electronics and Control) are required to comply with the following guidelines. Manuscripts that do not conform to these guidelines may be returned to the author for revision prior to review.

  1. Manuscript Originality
    Submitted manuscripts must be original, previously unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts must not contain elements of plagiarism and should be checked using a plagiarism detection tool prior to submission.
  2. Manuscript Template
    Authors must prepare their manuscript using the official JREEC template, which follows a standard scientific paper format, including title, abstract, keywords, introduction, methods, results and discussion, conclusion, acknowledgment (if any), and references.
  3. Language
    Manuscripts may be written in Bahasa Indonesia or English, using clear, formal, and scientific language.
  4. Title
    The title should be concise, specific, and informative, accurately reflecting the content of the manuscript.
  5. Abstract and Keywords
    The abstract must be written in a single paragraph of no more than 250 words, summarizing the background, objective, method, results, and conclusion of the study. Abstracts must be accompanied by 3–5 keywords.
  6. Manuscript Length
    Manuscripts should generally range between 6 and 12 pages, including figures, tables, and references, formatted according to the provided template.
  7. Figures and Tables
    All figures and tables must be numbered sequentially, given clear captions, and referred to in the text. Figures must be of sufficient resolution for print reproduction.
  8. Citation and Referencing
    Manuscripts must use a consistent citation style (e.g., IEEE style) and include a minimum number of up-to-date references, primarily from reputable journals published within the last ten years.
  9. Submission Process
    Manuscripts must be submitted online through the journal's Open Journal System (OJS). Authors are required to register an account prior to submission and are encouraged to review the Focus and Scope, as well as the Peer Review Process, before submitting.
  10. Review and Revision
    All submitted manuscripts will undergo an initial screening followed by a peer review process. Authors are expected to respond to reviewers' comments and submit the revised manuscript within the given timeframe.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
