Membangun Kepedulian Antibullying melalui Online Course dengan Pendekatan Microlearning

Abstract

Hasil Rapor Pendidikan 2022-2023 menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 24,4 persen peserta didik di Indonesia mengalami berbagai bentuk perundungan (bullying), termasuk fisik, verbal, relasional, dan cyberbullying. Penelitian PISA tahun 2018 juga mengungkapkan bahwa 41 persen pelajar berusia 15 tahun di Indonesia pernah mengalami bullying. Data dari Sistem Informasi Online Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak (Simfoni PPA) menunjukkan bahwa selama lima tahun terakhir, terdapat 1570 kasus dan 1707 korban kekerasan di lingkungan kerja di Indonesia. Menanggapi tren laporan mengenai kasus bullying di tempat kerja dan lembaga pendidikan, penelitian ini berupaya mengembangkan pelatihan online, sekaligus mengeksplorasi kepedulian terhadap upaya antibullying dengan judul "BULLYING: PENCEGAHAN, PENINDAKAN PELAKU, DAN ADVOKASI KORBAN". Pelatihan ini mengadopsi pendekatan inovatif berbasis microlearning, di mana konsep-konsep kompleks dipecah menjadi modul-modul singkat yang mudah dikelola. Dalam era permintaan layanan pembelajaran digital yang semakin meningkat, pelatihan semacam ini memiliki potensi besar untuk menyediakan submer belajar bagi masyarakat, baik di lingkungan pendidikan maupun dunia kerja. Penelitian ini mengikuti model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation) dalam proses pembuatannya, memastikan analisis menyeluruh terhadap kebutuhan peserta dan tujuan pelatihan. Kurikulum yang dihasilkan terdiri dari 10 modul, masing-masing memuat materi pembelajaran berbasis video dan teks, dengan rata-rata penilaian oleh para ahli sebesar 3,42—menandakan efektivitas online training ini. Temuan ini menegaskan relevansi dan potensi pendidikan anti-bullying dari pelatihan semacam ini di era pembelajaran digital.
