PERHITUNGAN BIAYA MANUFAKTUR PEMBUATAN MESIN SNEI & BENDING

Abstract

Technology development in the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) sector has great potential to increase the quantity and quality of production results. By applying technology to the production process, SMEs can gain benefits in terms of efficiency and reduced production costs. The production cost calculation that has been carried out is a step in determining the appropriate selling price for the product. By knowing the cost of production, you can set a competitive selling price in the market, while still obtaining adequate profits for its sustainability.

Competitive selling price in the market, while still obtaining adequate profits for its sustainability based on research that has been carried out on the development of snei and bending tools, there are cost calculation results that show the total production cost of the machining process is IDR. 4,865,554.56 - and the total total cost, including the purchase of materials or components, non-machining is Rp. 5,508,450-. From these results, it can be concluded that the cost of production for making the "Snei & Bending" machine is Rp. 10,374,004.56- per unit
