Studi dan Analisis Uji Kuat Tekan Uniaksial pada Batu Andesit di Desa Krondonan dan Sekitarnya, Kecamatan Gondang, Kabupaten Bojonegoro, Provinsi Jawa Timur

Abstract


Penelitian uji kuat tekan uniaksial berada pada Desa Krondonan dan sekitarnya, Kecamatan Gondang, Kabupaten Bojonegoro, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kondisi geologi, geomorfologi, stratigrafi, struktur geologi, sejarah geologi, dan analisis uji kuat tekan batuan untuk bahan dasar konstruksi jalan raya. Uji tekan memiliki tujuan untuk mengukur kuat tekan uniaksial sebuah contoh batuan dalam geometri yang beraturan, baik dalam bentuk silinder, balok ataupun prisma dalam satu arah (uniaksial). Metode penelitian adalah Uniaxial Compressive Strength untuk mengetahui nilai kelayakan batu andesit sebagai bahan dasar konstruksi jalan raya. Hasil analisis uji kuat tekan uniaksial pada batu andesit terhadap sampel batuan A yaitu bernilai 856,61 kg/cm2 dinyatakan layak sebagai bahan konstruksi jalan raya sedangkan pada sampel batuan B yaitu bernilai 342,65 kg/cm2 dinyatakan tidak layak.

 

The research on the uniaxial compressive strength test is located in Krondonan Village and its surroundings, Gondang District, Bojonegoro Regency, East Java Province. The purpose of this study was to determine the geological conditions, geomorphology, stratigraphy, geological structure, geological history, and analysis of the compressive strength of rocks for the basic materials of highway construction. The purpose of the compression test is to measure the uniaxial compressive strength of a rock sample in a regular geometry, either in the form of a cylinder, block or prism in one direction (uniaxial). The research method is Uniaxial Compressive Strength to determine the feasibility value of andesite stone as the basic material for highway construction. The results of the analysis of the uniaxial compressive strength test on andesite against rock samples A which is worth 856.61 kg/cm2 is declared feasible as a highway construction material while in rock samples B, which is worth 342.65 kg/cm2 is declared unfeasible.
